Yes. Additional certifications required by specific countries or regions can also be provided.

Engineers can be dispatched to the customer’s facility to perform installation, commissioning, and training. All related expenses- including accommodation, round-trip airfare, visa fees, and daily labor charges- are covered by the customer.
What is the warranty period for the equipment?
A 12-month warranty is provided from the date of production, excluding consumable parts.
What should be done if equipment parts are damaged?
Replacement parts are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery to the customer’s facility requires approximately one week, depending on the destination.
How is remote troubleshooting handled?
Real-time video guidance can be provided to assist customers in performing machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
The factory voltage is different from standard voltage (e.g., 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase overseas). Can the box partition machine be adapted?
Yes. The equipment voltage can be customized according to the customer’s local power requirements to ensure proper connection and operation.
