Corrugator Overhead Bridge
Bridge conveyor system for smooth web transfer and consistent tension control to support continuous corrugator production
Request a Quote
In the production of corrugated board, the overhead bridge (conveyor bridge) is mainly responsible for transporting and lifting the semi-finished corrugated paper, facilitating subsequent multi-layer lamination.
Features
- Equipped with an independent variable frequency motor lifting mechanism and PVC conveyor belt, ensuring the single-face corrugated paper maintains stable fluting during transport.
- All roller surfaces are precision ground and hard-chrome plated to enhance wear resistance and service life.
- Utilizes a vacuum adsorption tension control system with stepless adjustable airflow to accommodate different paper types.
- Features dual electric edge forming devices and an advanced positioning system to ensure precise alignment.
