• Equipped with a high-power vacuum feeder capable of handling single or double sheets. In double-piece mode, the feeding rollers are independently servo-driven on both sides, precisely synchronizing with gluing actions to meet diverse production requirements.
• During double-piece box forming, hot-melt glue is applied at the center, combined with three pneumatic positioning points and top pneumatic pressing for strong bonding. The pressing section forms the board structure; after gluing, manual folding shapes the box and creates creases, correcting corrugation across issues. The glued box is transported by the pressing belt to the bottom section for final forming, ensuring high-quality carton formation.
